Terms of Service

By accessing or using GraphAura ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time - continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

GraphAura is a social network visualization and analytics platform. It processes publicly available data from X (Twitter) to generate interactive graph visualizations of follower relationships, community clusters, and influence metrics. Data is pre-populated through an offline pipeline - the web application is read-only and does not make real-time API calls to social platforms on your behalf.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use GraphAura. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You may use GraphAura to explore and analyze public social network data for personal, educational, research, or journalistic purposes. You expressly agree not to:

• Attempt to access, infer, or reconstruct private or protected account data
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, dox, or target any individual
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from GraphAura by automated means
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Misrepresent graph results as real-time, exhaustive, or officially endorsed data
• Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or connected networks

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

GraphAura processes data that is publicly accessible on third-party social media platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with X (Twitter), Meta, Instagram, or any other social media company. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. GraphAura does not guarantee continued access to any third-party data source.

All graph visualizations, influence scores, community classifications, and analytics provided by GraphAura are best-effort approximations, not definitive representations. Specifically:

• Node counts are capped for performance - graphs may not include all connections
• Data may be up to 30 days old depending on when the profile was last refreshed
• AI-generated categories and aura scores are algorithmic estimates, not verified facts
• Cluster assignments and layouts are computed heuristics that may change between refreshes

You should not rely on GraphAura output for decisions requiring verified, real-time, or complete social data.

The GraphAura platform - including its design, branding, graph algorithms, AI classification pipeline, user interface, and underlying code - is the intellectual property of GraphAura and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. The underlying social data belongs to the respective platforms and their users.

You may share individual graph visualizations for non-commercial purposes with attribution to GraphAura. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service itself without prior written permission.

GraphAura allows users to request the addition of public profiles to the database. Submitted requests are processed at our discretion. We are under no obligation to add any requested profile and may reject requests for any reason, including but not limited to: the profile is private, inactive, or does not meet our minimum follower threshold.

GraphAura is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GraphAura and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill - arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, regardless of the theory of liability.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GraphAura, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
